Need a host/dedicated server provider

I need a hosting plan that can give me a flexible choice for a growing project of mine.

I need to get started with around 1GB of disk space and ~5-10GB of transfer. You must be able to upgrade that at anytime.

PHP/MySQL, Subdomains, FTP, Email accounts, etc all must be unlimited.

Don't need any pre-installed scripts or commerce related carts or any of that stuff.

Here is where I'll be very critical though. One of the things that is going to be found on my website is an PHP upload form to allow the community of the website to upload various things. With that said, I need the following two things:

1) upload_max_filesize must be set according to my request (even if it's something huge). Realistically though it will not exceed 250MB (and I doubt it will be that high because of performance issues).
2) Upload speed! Even if I get an offer that is a few dollars more expensive but features a higher upload speed, I'll go for that.

I prefer cPanel, even though anything else will do as well.

If the project grows big, than I will need a dedicated server too. So please post the dedicated server plans you offer as well.

As usual, a nice deal would be appreciated. But as mentioned, price is not everything.

Most important is the connection/server performance.


P.S. Free domain name registration would be appreciated but not required at all. (But must be able to transfer unlimited domains)

This is not a business project. Audience will be global.

I am aware that the further you are from the server the lower the speed, but nevertheless, I am still looking for as much performance as I can get.

I have several budget type dedicated available which gives you the option to config the php values as your liking. Because for shared hosting, allowing too high a php upload value can affect the preformance for people hosted on the server.
