Need a host fast

up until 2 days ago my page was with http://www.rackslash.com, but the hard drive crashed on their server and lost all my data and they didn't provide me with good customer service, they've really just left me high and dry. so now i'm looking for a new host.

my web site needs to be back up and running very soon let me tell you what i need:

php
mysql
1 GB of space
100 GB of bandwith
access to phpbb
web and/or pop3 mail

they were charging me $4.95 a month, so i'd like to stay in that ballpark. i'm willing to work with smaller space and bandwith numbers, but i need this all to happen very soon. i need to be able to transfer my nameservers today and have the site up tomorrow.
