Good luck finding someone that will say Warez are allowed, it just doesnt happen around here.

Warez is a huge legal issue and you are looking at offshore providers. The risks involved in such a request are way to much and any reputable host is going to shut you down once they find out about what you are doing. If the server is hosted in a data center in a country that does not allow this they will pull the plug on your server and you will be shut down. Adult is not the issue it simply your request for something illegal to begin with in Warez.
