Need a windows 2003 vps

Hi

im looking to move up to my own vps server for hosting my websites. I have a number of essential conditions for the hosting:

1. it must be Windows 2003 based as i will be needing to access the root level via remote desktop and be able to install and run windows based software

2. It needs to have a very fast connection ideally 100mb

3. I need to have some sort of control panel to add/remove domains

4. I need to host unlimited domains on it (i currently own about 160)

5. It needs to be very fast/have good ram levels

6. I need about 20gb Space, more would be nice but i have a lot of very small websites so space is the one area i dont need too much

7. Need lots of bandwith

basically i run a lot of blog based websites and i need to be able to not only run these websites but be able to upload and installed my windows based programs which i use to ping out my blogs to blog search engines, programs such as Blog Blaster and Rss Submit, therefore i want the fastest connection possible to allow me to ping as fast as possible.

Are there any vps or very cheap dedicated which match what im after


edit - budget ideally up to $75 a month but would prefer to spend less
