Need advice for Dedicated Server

Does someone know a good Dedicated Server ( Windows ) with a good SUPPORT? I prefer a dedicated in US .

Ex: I have a VPS at godaddy.com and i am disapointed about their support ( they are always answered late and never solved my problem right ) So i am looking after something better.

PS: Let's suppose that money doesn't matter what do you recomend me?
