Here is the network requirements for my business;

at least 10 TB monthly transfer
100/100 mbit public bandwith, unmetered and unlimited untill I reach to 10 TB limit.
minumum 4 public ip adress

server requirements;

Ubuntu or Debian operating system,
4 gb ram at least 1066 mhz or better
2,4 ghz dual or quad core processor / intel prefered
500 gb hard disk / its should be a physical disk on server
