Need Dedicated Server in Toronto, CA Only.

Need a dedicated server in Toronto, Canada ONLY. Geographic location is limited to Toronto and its greater Toronto area.

Server Specs:
Pentium III (Minimum 500MHz). Do NOT need 1GHz or above.
Single Processor
512MB RAM
Hard Disk 80 GB (if you can provide 36GB SCSI Mirrored for RAID 1 - that would be excellent).
Windows 2003 Server (Standard Edition)
Terminal Services Access
VNC Access
2-3 IP addresses
Bandwidth 100-200GB/month (list your over usage fees if any)

Machine will be used for:

1. 4th Geographical Email Back-up Server
2. HTTP/FTP/Mail Port Monitoring Station (will be using GFi software or What's Up Gold from Ipswitch)

That's it. No domains would be hosted on this machine. Except one - and that too for just purposes of it being a server.

No illegal activites/warez/spam/blah-blah-blah. You can access the server anytime and audit. We have no qualms against that.

You MUST have:

1. 24/7/365 Technical Support that is Email Based / Ticket Based
2. A telephone number where a person can be reached at ALL times (24/7) for any technical support issues.
3. Provide a 120 Minutes hardware failure rectification
4. Weekly backup of a specified directory (optional - up to 20GB)
5.Free/Unlimited Reboots
6. Must be able to accept Visa/Mastercard for payments.
7. Must have been in business for 3+ years
8. Visualroute result must show Toronto as where the server is located.
9. ICMP should be closed on this server.
We will do a 1-Year contract. Monthly payments (even Quarterly - that is possible but not 100% sure on that)

Willing to pay:
US$ 100/setup
US$ 85/month.

Remember this is a PIII 500 MHz machine, so considering you can buy one for dirt cheap, the offer is the best we can give.

You might want to up your price a bit. $85 US for 100GB/200GB Canadian Bandwidth with full management. Expect to pay at least $65 a month just for the management!

Unfortunately - this request is strictly for Toronto, as the metric we have to measure for our SLA - is defined as Toronto (as the city to measure it from.)

Btw: its a "he" instead of a she. Yeah Yeah I know what Babushka means. But never mind, that's a whole different story!
