Need Help Finding Host.

so far i've been using free webhosts and had my pages plastered with adverts. im now ready to get my first decent host. i already have a ".co.uk" domain, and i need a webhost with 100MB+ space, as much transfer as possible although 1GB will do, and perl cgi support and everything needed to run a miniBB forum. price doesn't matter that much so long as its not too expensive. i've had a look myself but they are either very expensive. or just very cheap but extremely unclear about their prices and put setup fee's on everything. if someone could suggest a good host that i could use which fits these requirements id be very grateful.
