I am planning on making a non-english phpbb forum for sharing movies, games,Appz,Mp3 (Warez)
i need a domain and subdomain , MySQL Database , FTP account,Smtp email

any can provide me with this kind of thing replay to this so we can make the deal

One big thing that I think at lot of hosts would turn you down for is warez. Just letting you know because most hosts hardly ever let you have warez because most have rules against and also that if they let you host it they get in trouble for not reporting it or sometimes even allowing you to host it.

Yes, BUT you will want to find a host in a country with almost no laws RE: piracy

Check out The Priates Bay, I can't recall where they are hosted, but I know I heard there is no law against piracy there, so they are in the clear whatever they do. Maybe look for hosting similar to theirs. I know I can't help you (the FBI and the like are people who I want as friends)

There are no major warez sites in the USA do to things like laws. In the UK well its a different story but u can still be caught. Several warez and illegall torrenting sites have already been sued. But now they use a special user agreement that makes invulnerable to these attacks and makes the user invetibly to blame in which this is extremely bad.

So you actually do warez sites citywide?

citywide i am trying to sign up now with your site and when i check the avilibilty for a domain it tells me that it's avaliable the domain that i am trying to register it is (www.pando4arab.com)
and when i go forward in the registration for a new user
and when it comes the screen that tells me that
your contact information and list all my information
it shows the domain that i am ordering like this (www.21-pando4arab.com) why it adds a preefix 21 before the domain name
please replay as soon as possible

You are going to have to do a lot of hunting, try to find a host in Sweden or some similar country that does NOT recognize that it is a criem to host torrent tracker files, only the data itself, etc. and try to find someone that does not keep logs. You can be sure your site WILL get trouble from some company, so if you go with a US host, you will get taken down, and maybe the FBIU knocking on you door. Take a little time with google and find yourself a swedish host, or some other host which will allow warez.
