Need hosting for a slew of random pages and decent sized forum

Alright guys, i need a little help im looking to expand my forum, and also probally add a bunch of random wesites onto a new webhost. ive used a lot of free ones, and i used a reseller account once that i won in a contest, but i havent paid for hosting yet.

ive spent almost the entire nite searching endlessly........but there is just so much stuff its on believeable. So im going to ask for everyones personal recomendations. heres what i need and its fairly flexible unless otherwise stated

-Decent disk spce storage(will be hosting a lot of php scripts[learning to code] including a fairly large forum[500+members] and a php scripted chat room

-Enough bandwidth to expand on ^that (unmetered would be godly :-p)

-all versions of php a must

-at least 3 MySQl DB's

-minimum 5 POP3 email boxes

-must have more then one allowed FTP account

-reselling allowed not needed but would be a nice feature

as for cost, i dont want anything that really robs the bank, ill closely look at anything you guys say is decent, any help greatly apreciated.

PS: on a side not do you guys prefer SMF or phpBB forums?

Guys, you missed it, he found a host. Sheesh, read all the posts. Not only to know what your competition is offering up, but also to see if the potential client requested anything further down the topic.

Tak was the only one (unless I missed it) that it seems actually read through all of the OP, as he was the only one that posted his vote on the forums (phpBB vs SMF). If I were a potential client, I would've picked TAK over anyone else because he took the time to personalize his message rather than pasting a big generic post.

I've only ever used phpBB myself, but have been hearing good things about SMF. Good luck in all that you do loyaltrekie. I like the name too . Make sure you write up a review about the host you chose after you've had experience with their billing/tech/services for a month or two.
