The twist is I want to pay using paypal, now normally this wouldn't be a problem except that I don't have a credit card or bank account attached to my paypal account so I can not sign up using the normal subscription service. I am looking for around 3-5 gigs space and I am not real picky about the transfer, just something that would go along with the disk requirements. I would also need php/mysql but besides that, I don't have any other real requirements.

I love the way that one person posts a request and he gets around 7 offers. Im not posting offers, but i use hivelocity.net. They send out invoices and very good uptime which is quite cool.
