Need HTTP File server

Our current hosting provider for our Linux distro RPM repository is closing it's doors and we need a new home.

Linux distrubtion being hosted: PCLinuxOS

Main use of file server: For users who make contributions to the Linux distribution only, to use as their primary RPM repository for updates and new software installation. Files are RPM's that are pulled to the clients via apt-get for RPM. The connections are via HTTP. Repository users are authenticated via .htaccess and .htpasswd files.

Other uses of file server:

* SSH access to shell account - used to edit some static files as well as for uploading new RPM's to the repository.
* rsync (as a client, no rsyncd server needed) - Used in conjunction with SSH to upload our RPM's to the repository.
* cgi-bin - We have a small number of cgi scripts which kick off rsync on the file server to pull the data from the PC's we're uploading with. The cgi basically get's the uploader's IP address and kicks off an rsync to that address to pull the updates to the RPM repository. Used only by the site administrators, not users, so next to none CGI cpu usage.
* Daily email to our emailing list showing what new packages have been placed in the RPM repository, along with each new RPM's changelog attached. It's a script run by cron every 4am and runs for about 20-40 seconds depending on the number of new packages.
* Priveledged contributor upload area - For our kernel maintainer to post his kernels, changelogs, and patch files. Small area, browseable by everyone, not just contributors. His uploads are via FTP in a subsidiary ftp account. This can be re-architected to fit your offering in.

Disk space requirements: We want to pay for 10 gig of space. We currently use 5954.64 Megabytes.

Monthly transfer: We're currently peeking at up to 110 gig transfer per month. So we want to pay for 250 gig transfer per month with the option to later negotiate an upgrade to 300-500 gig per month if necessary.

Bandwidth: I'm sure what I want our concurrent peak outgoing speed to be. 10 Mbps would likely be enough, our users historicly receive about 145-190kps transfers, I wouldn't mind raising that.

Price: We currently have this (with a 500 gig monthly transfer cap, which is higher than we needed) very setup for $50/month. We are looking for slightly less, as we are requesting a lower monthly transfer cap of 250.
