Need no-strings-attached hosting with PHP/MySQL for $1/month

Personal website, just need a subdomain, FTP, PHP and MySQL

about 250MB of disk space, and about 1GB of transfer will do just fine.

Paying by either credit card or PayPal with monthly fees ONLY (no yearly contracts).

No ads, or the need for some stupid forum activity please.

A dollar per month or less, otherwise don't bother offering.

Good luck with that... You can't expect a quality host to offer you something like this. One dollar minus PayPal fees, there's almost nothing left. Decent hosting providers need to pay hundreds of dollars per month for servers, software licenses, etc. Then we're not even talking about support staff yet.

No offense, I'm just trying to say here that your offer is a bid unrealistic. For sure there will be hosts who might be able to help you out, but be aware that those might be low budget hosting providers with lots of downtime and high support response times. Off course you can say "I don't have a problem with some downtime" but most people do, they will eventually leave that host, so it eventually will go bankrupt.

I hope you'll make a wise decision, but I seriously think I'll be seeing you again within a couple of months asking for a new host.

Yes 10-15 per year means they would get more than if they were to charge 1 a month. Paypal takes some of that money and then there is nothing left to pay for the server

For that low resources - i can just host you on my personal box for free.... lol.

Well you asked $1.00/month, not $10-$15 per YEAR. There's a difference when it comes to PayPal fees.

About the $6.95 for 1TB/5TB: It's overselling. Hosts offering something like that are known to kick you off their server once you use more than they want you to use, even if they tell you you'll get 1TB of disk space. There's a big chance that if you reach your first GB, they'll tell you your site is using too much resources such as CPU and RAM (even if you're not) and you can find another host.

Seriously, I've seen it before, I've heard stories before. The web hosting market has been my life for years, so I think it would be recommended to listen to my advice instead of bashing me for trying to help you.

It'll cost more than a dollar to run your card each month. You should really consider a yearly contract. Your current request just isn't realistic.
