My needs is now higher:
* around 7 GB disc space
* around 70 GB bandwidth

European bandwidth is more expensive the American bandwidth therefore you need to increase your budget. Even if you were looking for an American bandwidth host your reuqest it doomed for failure as not many reputable hosts will offer that. A lot of hosts that just started up shop would, but they won't be around for long.
