I would like Reseller or Semi Dedicated hosting for $30/month or less

REQUIRMENTS!

30 GB Space Atleast!
320 GB BandWidth Atleast!
Unlimited MySQLs/Email accounts ETC, I dont like limits although I dont use them either
WHM/Cpanel/Fantastico
Operating System = Linux or Red Hat but not Windows!
And all the rest, ( FTPs, SMTP etc.. )
Domain Name (.com) if provided, I will require full control of it!

You're going to have to up your budget or lower your requirements. No host in there right mind would offer that fo $30. Then of course, those who do, expect to be looking for another host in about a month ;-)

Ok, 25 bux for 250GB space!?!?! That's just crazy. That's like 2 and a half of my desktop! Probably Extreamely unreliable or you just oversell way too much. I can get you a reseller with 30GB space and upto 10TB transfer for 30 bux a month. It's kinda a custome plan, but for the origanal ones, goto http://theheavenlyfather.com/resellers.html.

What do you mean? I'm not much of an expert with the server stuff. I just pay for a server (or three), and I get a control panel that does all my work for me.
