Need to find a good webhost.
So I have this clan, and we are looking to go serious, but we are just a friendly clan right now. I am looking for a affordable, reliable, and good web host.

Some specs I want to have is :
Cheap or free domain name, POP3 email accounts, 99.9% uptime, a dedicated ip, and im looking for around 50 a year.

Also I want a sponsor for my clan.
We are a pretty weak clan, but we have a lot of room for improvement, and most of my members need a steam account
