need virtual hosting, or dedicated...
If virtual, I would like hsphere, shell, ftp user creation, unlimited mysql databases, up to 30 domains, big amount of disk space (500mb or more), and at least 30gb of traffic per month.

I am already getting this now with neureal.com for $14/month, but they refuse to optimize apache to stop "document contains no data" errors.

Otheriwse, if nobody can match neureal with reliable service, I will consider dedicated server, or co-lo.

I've been offered rackspace at a co-lo for less than $20/month, so that's the price to beat.
