I am looking for reliable web hosting for wallpapers and discussion forum will be get linked from the external file sharing sources like rapidshare.de to save the server bandwidth and CPU etc) and will be targeted on asian/indian/international (mix) contents.

I already have a domain: "supermasti" and require the following specs:

- Linux OS
- 5GB or more space (more is better)
- at least 20GB BW/mo (more is better)
- PHP 4/5 and unlimited (means no nasty minimum size limit) MySQL required (important)
- Cpanel
- Reliable Host please

above are my base requirement anything more then that would be cool
