Heya, this is more exactly what I need.

A 12 person game server for No One Lives Forever, which I can upload to the server if needed, or if you already have it, more power to you. The game has no remote control for admins, so remote desktop will be needed. It will take up around 100GB transfer a month.

Hi Spyder-Clan, I am not sure I understand exactly what you mean here. You need Remote Desktop access but you dont want to take the whole server. The only solution is Windows VPS.

I mean you cant control the server by any other means but remote desktop, the game was made in 2000, and wasnt at all know for the multiplayer. I can do a whole server, I really dont need a full one, but the whole game takes about 2-3 GB harddisk space, and just about 100 GB transfer. RAM will need to be around 512, anything more is great too.
