I am looking for some good php mysql web hosting, i am also using PayPal with in my site, so I am not sure if I need pay pal support as well.

Let me give you some examples. Let us imagine that your site is on a shared hosting server and one of the other customers is exploited. The hacker has used the vulnerability to send spam - result the server is blacklisted.

The support team will block the bad activity and will request delist. However this operation takes time.
Meanwhile you will not be able to send e-mail messages to servers with RBL protection.

There are many other examples for the e-mail and other important services.

However everything depends on one thing - are you going to loose money because of such decision ...
