I am looking for a host that is forward thinking enough to have php5 and mysql5 available. I am a developer and want a host that I can get a reseller account with to sell out space to sites I develop. As of now I have 3 clients plus my personal stuff. By the end of next year I should have somewhere around 6 clients total.

Dedicated is the easiest way to get what you want when you want it. Don't forget that another version of each of those will come out at some point, too, and there's always those extensions you'd like to have but can't find on any host. It depends on your needs/wants, particularly if you want managed or not. rackmounted.com has a good price point for an unmanaged server.
