Ragnarok Online Server (DEDICATED)

I am looking for a Dedicated server to host the game Ragnarok Online on. This is what we need:

-Intel P4 2.8 GHz+
-Ram: about 1 GB.
-Port: 100mbps port
-Hard Drive: 40GB+
-Bandwidth: 1000 GB
-FTP Acces, Root acces, a way to control the computer (So we can install the software, reboot, etc.)
-Ability to upgrade hardware or bandwidth (especially bandwidth) later on without having to pay big fees.

Can you offer me anything like this? And what would it cost me per month?

PHP is a must, and MySQL with PHPMyAdmin is preferred too.

I will always prefer hosting companies with long experience and a good support. Also, If you have experiance with hosting Ragnarok Online dedicated servers, please tell me and if possible, we would like an example of one of these sites.

What is your price range for this package?

I would love to keep it around $150, but if that's too low, well, we'll see I just need that package, and the one I choose will mostly depend on who can offer me that cheapest, but also on the experiance, support, etc. they have. I'll take what suits me best

My limit is about $200 per month though.

cPanel would be a huge plus, too
