Looking for a CS:S with these guide lines:

• 16 Man server

• Included at least 20 slot Ventrilo (if possible)

• Included webspace effective enough for redirecting
  eg. 5GB HD Space(or less) + 100GB monthly Bandwidth(or reasonable)

• FTP Access

• Web Server Control

• No branding

• Less than $28/month (USD)

• No Contract

Please state the hardware that it would be hosted one. Also, preferred to deal with website and not xfire/adding people.

May seem picky, but looking for a better deal than the one I have now.
