Researching Dedicated Servers - NY/Chi/TX

I'm going to be picking up some more dedicated servers here in the near future and I figured I'd start asking around now.

Need the following approximate specs, nothing lower:

• >= Dual 2.8 Xeon

• >= 2 GB Memory

• At least 120GB HD, preferably SATA or SCSI Raid

• >= 1200GB Bandwidth (The more the better)

• Fedora FC2

• 100Mbit port

• Minimum 8 IPs (Private VLAN) [EDIT: Forgot to add this initially]

• Mutli Peered (The more the better and with multiple QUALITY Tier 1 connections, in QUALITY datacenters)

• FULLY UNMANAGED! With the ability to specify a simple non default partition scheme

Am looking for, in order of priority, NY, Chicago, and TX.

Let the frenzy begin, and for the record, I'm currently on machines that are Dual 3.02 Xeons for around $315/monthly with a quality provider with the specs above, for reference.
