Seeking FreeBSD or Linux Dedicated Server

I am in the market for a dedicated server. If you think you have what I am looking for, or something close, please let me know.

CPU: Celeron/PIII-1Ghz
RAM: 512Mb
Hard Drive: 60GB
Bandwidth: 500Gb/month minimum
Extras: Cpanel
Administration: This website outlines different levels of administration. I require "Monthly Administration" and "Active Security" as the link provided outlines.

I was hoping to find something close to $150, preferably below. Since I'm uncertain of what something like this runs I didn't post a price range.

To the above commentor, the only way you could offer that server that you mentioned would be if it was hosted out of your house, nothing in this world is EVER free
