Seeking Reliable Virtual Dedicated Server

I’m looking for a reasonably priced virtual dedicated server with Plesk for hosting several domains. I’ll need consistent bandwidth for hosting a radio station with shoutcast, 500 GB transfer a month to start and more as the station expands, and all the usual preinstalled things such as apache, php support, a name server, etc. Disk space isn’t as important. A few GB will suffice. My preference would be to have the server in the Northeastern United States, although this isn’t a must. I’m paying $29 a month for such a package currently, but am unhappy with my host. Can anyone recommend a better one?

I'll need much more than 200 GB per month transfer to stream shoutcast. For the price I'd end up paying for the upgrades I could get a dedicated server. Any better offers?
