i need 50 GB space or more and 500 GB bandwich or more and Cpanel, fantastico and 2 or 1 dedicated ip. This is to sell whm and cpanel.

What about a small dedicated server? This will give you room to grow, and environment in which you control. There probably won't be much of a price difference either.
