I host some critical sites that need 100% uptime. I have experience 100% network uptime guarantee is not good enough for me. I need another server with duplicated data if the primary fails.

2.4-3GHZ
80+ GB HDD
512MB ram
4 IPs
CPanel+WHM+fantastico

No price limits, considering everything at this moment
