Small VPS Required

Hey,

I am basically looking for a small, low spec VPS that i can get into learning Linux, SSH, and programming small php scripts without getting into trouble with my Current web host if i get something messed up (http://www.x10hosting.com).

I would require:

< 400mhz processor allowance
256mb Ram MAX
1.5gb space max
2 or 3 gb transfer max (Fairly low bandwidth if required -- 256k minimum)

Any publicly accessible website i put up on it i can place ads on, if you have google adsense or whatever, and also on my main site (Which will be up shortly after some MySQL errors), i can place ads.
