I'm looking for a hosting company that offers dedicated servers. I'd prefer one that uses ThePlanet's data center in Dallas, TX because of their uptime reputation. ThePlanet is no longer accepting new customers so I'm forced to look for resellers.

I need a host that will not nullroute an IP if it's being DDoS attacked as that's what has been happening to my server over the past month. ThePlanet has assured me that my server would not be nullrouted, so again, points for them.

The attackers are immature users that were removed from our support forums for abuse. I managed to stop them on a software level for a little bit until they got smarter and used other methods so I'm force to look on a hardware level.

Specs:
At least 80GB harddrive
1024 MB memory
1000GB Bandwith
4+ IP Addresses
Cpanel/WHM

A plus would be a remote reboot.

If you need DDoS protection, look into gigeservers.com . They are probably your best bet and their entire business is based on this type of protection. Another notable suggestion is staminus.net .

Does the server really need to be at the planet?

What is the time frame you are looking to get the new server setup?

I need a proven data center that will not nullroute me because of attacks. I just used The Planet as an example, plus the only other one I can think of would be Rackspace.

Time frame would be three days max.

Hosted in Savvis - Texas. IPs are not generally null routed unless substantial attack affecting entire network. We generally prefer unbinding the attacked IP so your system remains online and you can move your accounts, if necessary, to another IP. This also tends to be more efficient and quicker for all parties.
