I'm currently looking for web hosting on a UK based server from a UK based company.

I need:

100mb disk space
2gb (2048mb) data transfer per month
5 mail boxes
3 mysql databases
10 parked domains
php support

All on a UK based server from a UK based company that has been around atleast 2 years or more.

Okay. Do note that actual httpd performance is not really affected much by ping.

I provide hosting to UK clients on US servers, ping times are nothing, a couple ms difference.

If you can get a cheaper provider in america go for it, ping times are not gonna affect http requests atall

It looks more professional for a UK business to have it's website and email hosted on a UK server.
