UK Hi-spec Dedicated Server Required

I'm looking for a dedicated server that must be situated in the UK with the following secification:

CentOS / Fedora Core
2 x Xeon E5320 Quad Core 1.86Ghhz
4Gb Ram
3 x 73Gb SCSI HDD (preferably 15k) in hardware RAID5
10Mb Dedicated bandwidth

It will be running a LAMP configuration and I would like it to be fully managed, though please provide details as to what your fully managed service provides.

Please provide details of access, KVMoIP / remote reboot port etc. Please also provide prices for additional bandwidth, and what your backup options are.

Also provide how long it will take to set up the server, we hope to be running in the next few working days. A decision on host is likely to be made within the next ~12hours so please quote promptly if possible.
