Ultima Online Hosting Needed.

I have just finished my 2nd UO shard and dont want it to end up like my last one. I lost player after player do to lag and didnt have the money to have it hosted to hold all 200 accounts. Here are the specs i am looking for.

OS: Windows Server 2002 or 20003
(prefer XP Pro if i can config the OS myself)
Processor: Intel Celeron 2.4GHz.
(prefer Intel DualCore)
Memory: 4GB RAM.
Hard Drives: 5-10GB with high RPM
Control Panel: Needed
Connectivity: 100-300Mbps
Managed Server: Yes

I have a WebSite that goes along with the server i will need hosted also.
Need IIS (Internet Information Services) installed

I am not looking to pay outragous prices for this at this time but once donation money comes in for the shard i will be up grading with the host i started with. I am not looking to jump host to host trying to find the best deal. Cut me a deal once and i will do business with you untill you give me reason not to.
