Indeed, and at my price and requirements i think it's fair to say i won't get a host with as rock a reputation as monsterhosting, for example, but i've got 1 solid host, 1 reasonably solid one, and the third account can be a little iffy (although no self-respecting host will ever admit it). To put it another way - the last three less-than "solid" hosts i've picked have been bought up in two instances and the other disappeared (although i did get a full refund in all cases ). So fourth time lucky...
All that said - i do have an amazing deal with my first and most reliable host because i'm on the same package and same price that they had when they started out - so it's always worth risking it on the smaller host if you're willing to risk the downtime and the hassle of chasing credit card companies for chargebacks if things go wrong.
