Unmanaged Dedi + 100MB Connection

Im after a unmanaged linux dedi, not too bothered about the spec. As long as it has at least 512mb ram and 100mb connection.

Also could you state how much extra it would cost to add cpanel/whm to the server.

So does that come with a 10mbps connection as standard?
