Unmanaged Dedicated
I'm still looking for a new host to go to. My plans shifted slightly though, and I'm anticipating using more space than previously. My plans to use a VPS have been shot, and I'm not looking for an unmanaged dedicated server with the following MINIMUM specifications.

Unmanaged
40GB Storage
200GB Transfer
256MB RAM
Control Panel - CPanel/WHM preferable. Plesk is also an option.
10Mbps Bandwidth

The ability to upgrade at a later point in time would be handy. Also, please be sure to post your rates on OS reinstalls incase one is required later on (I highly doubt this will be the case, but you never know.) Thanks in advance.

I really don't have a maximum price in mind, so long as it's reasonable. I'm pretty much just looking for the most reasonable offer I can get.
