Unmanaged Dedicated Server

Im in the market for another dedicated server, and was wondering if anyone knew where I might be able to find the following for a reasonable price. I need a b0x that I can access IRC on, and are willing to take some d0s. Null routing would be prefurable. A little about what im looking for;

512mb ram
60GB HD
100mbit port
in the neighborhood of 1tb bw / month
and a full class-c ip block with r-dns
