Unmanaged dedicated server

hello, i own the site lavalair.net (a wap community) we were hosted by easyspeedy.com for almost a year and we were happy with them, unfortunately our visa card went on debt and we can only pay through paypal for now til' maybe the next month so what i want is another unmanaged dedicated server that we can pay for it through paypal, please list here why we should get hosted by you and what do you have to offer... notice that if we are happy with you we will be customers for years and probably for more than a server as we are going web too not only wap and planning for expansion.

i am going with the best prices as long with the best specs.

well ok i would like a server with the minimum specs:
- 250 GB HD
- 1 GB Ram
- ubuntu or fedora
- unmetered bandwidth

i can install the softwares, it will be better if it came with remote reboot, and a shell that i can access my server even if it was down....
