Hi i wonder if anyone could make me an offer of a VPN between the prices of 30- 50 USD.

WITHOUT Contract and WITHOUT setup fee.

The VPN has to allow IRC Servers also if possible please.

The stats aint that hard, their are places about that do a little bigger than that for slightly more cash each month, The specs aint that bad
