WANTED: Half-Life (DoD) 32 slot public w/ psychostats & AMX mod pre-installed

I am looking for a Half-Life (DoD) server host that is capable of pre-installing both psychostats and AMX mod X (So I can run bots to keep the server full, which I will be trying to keep it full {ALL 32 slots}). The Half-Life mod I preffer is Day of Defeat (I also would be interested in othe mods including counter-strike, they must also have psychostats. but I am only asking for Day of Defeat as of now.)

Details:
CPU: Maybe a Dual Xeon I am not sure what is required for HL.
Bandwidth: Again I am not sure what it would take.
Ping: I wont accept nor pay for bad ping (it wouldn't be worth my time)
PublicPlayerSlots: 32
IPs: 1
HD Space: 2gb
Server Location: As long as its got low ping and a good connection it can be anywhere.
Purpose: This will be a clan server open to the public for recruiting and practicing.

Bottom Line:

I am too lazy to install psycho stats my self.

I want a 32 man Day of Defeat server with low ping (avg. under 75 and at most 100. I understand it can't be that way 100% of the time, but 80% is good too)

I don't need tons of hard drive space (only what is requred + 20% more or so for expansion), I wont be uploading tons of custom maps if any at all.

Hello, I use to run a game hosting company a few months ago and starting one back up within the next few days. I can offer you a 32 slot server for $80 a month. The server will be ping boosted with tickrate upgrades. It's located in Texas which is central so people will have an average ping from all around the world. The network is savvis which is a premium network with high quality bandwidth. Depending on where you live you should ping under 75. You can have unmetered space for game related files. Amxmodx will be installed on your server by default.

The server will be fully supported and any requests you have will be done. I would also recommend getting a dedicated server which will allow you to run multiple servers. For example: A 32 slot DOD server, 32 slot CS server and 32 slot CS Source server. This would start at about $175 which is over your budget but somthing to think about. Thanks for the quick response Anthony, I will let you know once I am ready. I am going to let this post "steam" a little to see what kind of offers appear. I have 3 servers now, 32 man DoD 20 man DoD & 32 man CS 1.6 All valve and all public. The CS & the 20 man DoD are with ArtOfWarCentral (I have canceled these today due to bad feedback in internet forums). As of now I only require the 32 man DoD server, but it would mean I would have to install psychostats myself and I don't want to(they already provide amxmodx and some others I don't use at the moment).

I must add that the number one reason I need to replace the servers I have now is that: "I would have to install psychostats myself and I don't want to"

Now I am not going to tell you that I "can't" do it myself or that I am too "stupid" to learn how. I read the directions, I understood them, I even use linux as my OS of choice, however when I get home from work (and am ready to play) the last thing I want to do is more work.
