Web Hosting dedicated server
Hello,

I am looking for a dedicated web hosting dedicated server at a reliable data center.
My current data center services stinks! lots of hardware problems!, long down time, Just bad web service.
I need a realiable host. I don't want to be spending all my time on downtime issues.

I want a server with WHM and Cpanel for all created accounts.
You must created my Name Servr and setup the server to suit the reseller web hosting level. I must be in a position to hook up new clients through WHM. You must monitor the server and it must have a backupo disk.
I am thinking about a 73 GIG scsi server P$ or zeon cpu with 512 or 1GB memory.

This is urgent.

Please let me know your configuration anf your price asap.

Current server
The hardware configuration of my current server is:

P4 2000 mhz wirh 512 mb ram
300GB bandwidth
2 scsi 73 GB harddsisk ( primary for my accounts and the sec. for backups
5 ip's

Software Linus/Apache (unix box)
WHM and cpanel for all accounts.
Customers cannot see my data center (they are not in the picture)

I am currently paying $1500.00 yearly upfront for this server. All setup, monitoring and backup and fixes etc.etc. of the server is included.
This deal was 12 months ago. I take for granted that because of high competition and great hardware low prices that this $1500.00 can be cheaper.

Which data center can make me a good offer.
If you have a xeon server that might be even great.
But I want to remain within my budget

Clients will have to know which data center you're in, the upstream routes will show it. We can be totally transparent to your clients though.

Unfortunately we can not compete with $125/month for this server + 1Mbit/sec at peer1. If you are willing to pay for the additional reliability and stability we can certainly work something out for you.

Your offer of 199,95 + setup cost is way off my budget. Thanks for your offer... Besides I am interested in a scsi server.

Like I said, my budget is not above $1500.00 yearly as I described about my current server and service. That's a lot of money in the webhosting service today.
You must also take for granted that hardwares are very cheap these days.

I'm not quite sure where you got those figures as we currently custom build servers for each order.

All i can say is good luck, quality does come at a price, I can assure you quality bandwidth and hardware will not fit inside your budget.

Feel free to purchase your hardware, we'd be happy to colocate the server for you

I got a box at ServerMatrix (the Planet). I am impressed that you have not been down once in the past year. Managed servers are over rated. Realistically if you know what you're doing you shouldn't need 24/7 tech support, especially if the service is running 100%. If a dedicated server was available at 100% uptime at the cost of a non-managed box, I'd go for it in a second. As long as a company can take care of things at their end most people can take care of the boxes.

I wish all providers had a 100% uptime.
