Generaly i have found companies dont mind as long as there payed and no one complains but im looking for more security in that aspect.

Basically these are the rules you need to abide by when hosting in Canada or the USA

1) If your hosting Pornography you must keep a record of the models and beable to provide proof(Custodian of Records)
2) Hosting material about explosives or hacking will probably have homeland security watching you. (Thus its illegal to provide information which can be used to destroy stuff)
3) You cannot host gambling websites within Canada or the USA as its against the law to operate an online casino.(My Lawyer yelled at me for this one )
4) If you host copywritten files you must beable to prove that you are licensed to do so, or that you are the copywrite owner, otherwise the guys at the MPAA or the RIAA, or another **AA group that likes to cause trouble will be after you.

If you host any of the above inside the USA or Canada you put yourself, your hosting provider, their Data Center, and there other customers at risk of problems as mentioned before :-)

However, some Middle America Countries dont care, and some Asian Countries dont care

I think we both know that's a bit different. On the internet a child may find out about it and do it and hurt themselves...they probably wouldn't bother wasting money on a book...just my tuppence worth...sorry two cents..

In that case ON the internet a child would look up building bombs or somthing correct? And he would find the Anarchist cookbook now lucky for the said child he would not have the chemicals to try most of the fireworks and allot of them would not work anyways BUT what if he looks down the page to High Explosives he would see somthing like Acetone Peroxide a explosive wich you can make buy walking into B&Q and buying some common items. But its sensitive and dangerous if not handled correctly BUT all these crap books such as The Anarchists Cookbook or the Terrorists Handbook dont have any safty info so he could get badly injured. If a chiled of 13 or 15 wishes to learn about explosives then regardless of what anyone says he will therefore is it not better to learn in a enviroment of safty?

Just my two cents
