Question whats a good price for dedicated?

Hi guys,
I would like to know your opiniions on a good deal/and/or a normal pricing for dedicated servers

For example, something like this:

Intel® Pentium IV 2.4Ghz processor
10 GB of disk space
1 GB RAM
100 GB of monthly data transfer

Webmasters.com charges $99/month for that, + its not even 2.4 ghz, its 2 ghz only.

What can you get for the same price, if not something with whm/cpanel and better pricing?

it is odd, seldom to see a p4 2.4 g with only 10g disk.
maybe you are referring to virtual dedicated servers; but the price is too high for a VDS.

we can offer:
P4 2.4GHz/512MB memory/80GB hard disk/800GB monthly transfer/99.5% uptime guarantee/5 ips/Fedora or Red hat Linux/
WHM/CPANEL Included!!!
$49 onetime setup fee; $119/month
or FREE setup; $139/month
(if you don't want whm/cpanel, monthly fee will reduce $15)

More offers availbale at: http://ptrhosting.com/dedicated.php

$99 is a bit expensive for that, Take us for example, we offer a P 2.4 GHZ, 1000 GB bandwidth 80 GB Hard Drive, 512 mb ram (With free cpanel till this Saturday) for $100 setup and $129 monthly or
$50 setup at $150 monthly

Intel Pentium IV 2.8GHz
1GB DDRAM Memory
120GB EIDE Hard Drive
1,000GB Data Transfer

I would offer you this for $160 p/m and $60 setup fee. This includes CPanel 9, and obviously WHM.

OR

Intel Pentium IV 2.4GHz
1GB DDRAM Memory
120GB EIDE Hard Drive
1,000GB Data Transfer

$130 p/m - $60 setup fee
