Windows Host

I'm currently working on a chat program which is nearing completion. Once it's complete, I will, of course, need a host for the chat program's server. As the server was written in C# using the .NET Framework, I will need a Windows host with .NET support. I will also need access to the command line (meaning I'll probably need a dedicated server). I will also require a considerable amount of bandwidth. Does anyone know of a web host that will fit by needs?

(I've been having trouble finding Windows hosts. I would look for a Linux host with Mono, but the server uses a Windows Service, so it has to be Windows.)

(BTW: The server will ultimately be hosting a web site as well.)
