Best rates for large bandwidth
What is the lowest per mbit rate for sites doing over a terabyte of bandwidth each month?
Cogent offered $1/mbit with a 5 terabyte commitment, but I'm not sure about their network. Of course this is purely bandwidth and does not include servers etc.

Do you mean $1 per mbps or $1 per mb?
You only need a 16mbps connection to reach 5TB/month, so the former would only cost $16.
For $1/mb (or $1/mbps with a 5TBps commitment) you would be paying $42 million / month.
The first is way too low, and the second is way too high.
