Would this be breaking the rules?

My hosting site is bluehost. I was wounding if a php file that read webpages for js apps would be considered a Anonymous Proxy because bluehost doesn't allow them. I rather be safe than sorry.

No offense, but you should really be asking them. It's really up to their judgment. It doesn't matter in the least what we think the definition of a proxy is.

Hope you have solved you issue by now. It is always better to check with the technical staff of your hosting provider to get your technical clarifications.
