My thoughts, as I go through your site:

What is that picture...'Promoting business, through creative solutions'? I'm not sure what that means, but it sound like a generic mission statement from 3 years ago.

You make web sites, right? show me a portfolio piece or a client testimonial, not a doutone, blurry blue guy.

Lots of different font sizes and styles.

At first, I though the blocks on the right were ads, but I guess they are links to other parts of your site. they look like ads.

There's too much text to read, so I just click on 'Web Design'.

Are those 3 apples? I'm wondering what that means. There's lots of text - describing the quality of work, but I really just want to see an example.
Still wondering about those apples....

I click 'About Us'

A photo of some 1950's guy walking away, with the quote 'We are different'... I guess so, but who are you? Are you different from bad web designers (making you good) or different from good web designers (making you bad)??

Why is there a picture of some blonde girl pointing a gun at me over in the right column?

I start reading 'About Us', but the type keeps changing styles: paragraphs of black text, paragraphs of blue text, paragraphs of really small black text..

I click on the girl with the gun.

A popup window opens with big red text that says ***ERROR*** Sorry, page not found.

don't be sorry, just find the page.
