7casas.com design review/opinion needed

Hi

I am creating a real estate website for spain and I need advice on the design.

Does it give the impression that it is something serious?
what about the color combination? and the map colors?
what about the menu design?

To me (I don't speak the language so forgive my sheltered opinion) it looked liek a travel site with info about an area.

It was not very exciting visualy, but that's hard to say from a screen shot, withou the interactive bits.

It looked fairly professional, but could use some more excitement.

It is rather hard to give a good review of an image. It seems to be a nice start, though i would recommend asking for a review when you are farther along with the site, or at least when there is a site up and running.

Thank you the three, It's true, the hover is not working well with mozilla...
I'll find a solution for it.

I need feedback on the design, the colors, the menu. Come on my website isn't that perfect!!!

The type is a little hard to read, especially on the menus... is that Arial? Try Verdana/Helvetica, they are very readable. There's lots of red... maybe too much, red tends to make people somewhat agitated, the blues are much more soothing. Maybe use blue for your left-hand menus & the "Noticias" heading on the right. The red will be an accent, rather than the dominant color.
