I would like to have input of all sorts on the structure of my site. It is all Dutch, although I provided a translation facility. One particular problem is that the site does not look good on 800 x 600 screens, but I have no clue how to cure that (without a complete rewrite).

The site can be found here: URL

First: align the entire site in the middle of the page. It just doesn't look right hanging out on the left side of my screen. You also might want to choose a different background than those clouds, they stand out a little too much. Another thing: In order for me to view the links on the header at the top, I have to scroll through it; something a user browsing your site shouldn't have to do. I would suggest getting rid of frames altogether. Good luck.

I agree - the frames are a bit annoying - I would get rid of them. Also, I would change the multi-coloured background to something more sublte - and the same with the cloud background- maybe you could just lighten it?
It was quick to load.

Hope it goes well

I really am NOT a friend of all that mouse-follow-javascript-thingies. Be it eyes, be it an UFO, be it stars, whatever, it simply makes me click off the site cause of these things always scrolling over the content I might wanna read when even only move the mouse a little. Despite of that the page seems to me kinda "impatient" (<- sorry my English s*cks) with such kinda stuff.

*this comment is not meant in any negative or personal way, but simply as an input*

you poor guy it´s a pity that you are not able to delight your eye on one of the most delicious pleasures to the eye that webdesign ever created -> mouse-followers
