What cha think? I'm gonna do it all in Flash MX. I know it's hard to imagine the movement and navigation, but you just gotta picture it for now. I just want to make sure there's nothing too flawed that needs to be revised before I start developing it in Flash MX.

Very tight. Me likey. Nice graphics. It could use another color to give it some pop, maybe an orange, or deep red, or a cool green. Something about the layout doesn't sit right with me...I don't know what it is though. I guess it just doesn't have a nice natural flow to it. Oh yeah, I would use stronger, darker colors for the header and footer. Again though, really nice graphics.
